Simple Framework7 Vue App with Map and offline use.

I'm looking for a developer to create a simple app using Framework7 Vue with Capacitor. The app needs to incorporate an Openlayers map with interactive features like zooming and click events. The map should be populated with data, and I can provide the files in various formats. Our data is quite large making it key that all data is pulled by the view extent. I will supply an app that is already created and styled with sidebars for layer display and a map. This will be for use in Browser, Android and iPhone

Key requirements:
