Simple Flutter App (iOS and Android)

Need a basic Flutter app developed that will allow users to send a predefined SMS Message to stored contacts via a SMS Messaging API.
The main application will have a single page with three predefined messaging options.
The application will provide configuration on initial run where the user can configure the contacts they would like to receive the messages and reminder notification intervals.
The application shall allow the users to modify their designated contact list at any time from the main page of the application.
Full workflows, software requirements and graphical mocks are available.
Any time the user sends a message via the application it must be logged to firebase as a database object.
The SMS API shall be checked to confirm the message was sent and provide user feedback.
SMS Messages may contain the current users location, so location services access will be required.
