I'm looking for an experienced developer or a team to build a simple fintech website and a mobile app using React for both iPhone and Android. The primary function of this platform will be payment processing.

- Handling merchant transactions.
- Facilitating bill payments.
The platform needs to support the following user roles:

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in React for mobile app development.
- Previous experience in creating payment processing platforms.
- Knowledge of building both website and mobile app in tandem.
- Understanding of P2P, Merchant and Bill payment systems.
- Ability to design for individual user interface.
