Key Features:
Breathing timer with 3 phases: Inhale – Hold – Exhale (default: 4s – 4s – 4s)
Simple audio guidance for each breathing phase (e.g., beeps or calming sounds)
Option to select session duration: 1, 3, 5, or 10 minutes
Simple and user-friendly interface (no complex graphics or animations required)
Local storage for saving the last used settings (e.g., selected duration)
Requirements:
Android only (no iOS)
