Simple Android Image Display App

I'm looking for an Android developer to create a simple application that displays static PNG images based on button presses.

Requirements:
- 4x4 matrix of buttons at the bottom of the screen
- Area above buttons to display selected image
- Display static images in PNG format
- Buttons should have customizable text labels

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in Android development
- Experience with UI design, especially button matrices
- Familiarity with image handling in Android apps

Developer will handover the generated app and the complete source code.
