Simple Android Compose Lazy Column Feature

I am looking for someone to help me implement the following android compose feature for my articles.

I can pay 10 USD for following these steps:

- Get project from GitHub repo (I will share the repo)
- Create a new branch from dev called feature/dynamic-lazy-column
- In that branch, add a new module called app_dynamic_lazy_column and implement the required feature
- Add step-by-step documentation in the /app_dynamic_lazy_column/doc/STEPS.md file. Also, add screenshots of the app in some steps
- Link created /app_dynamic_lazy_column/doc/STEPS.md to repo’s /README.md
- Commit changes and raise a PR against the dev branch
- PR will be reviewed
- Address comments from the review if needed
- When the PR is merged, the payment will be released

Required Feature:

- 2 lists, 20 food names & 20 city names array of String
- By default, the app should be launched with a list of 20 food names
- 1 button at the bottom, when pressed, toggles between 20 food names & 20 city names
