Without any application on the target phone
enter the target phone number, then the phone will display the location of the target
I require software to be written to run on a Android device which will do do the following:
1) I wish to be able to enter and mobile number into software / website and it will then send a Silent / Stealth Text to the mobile phone. (Ie, the target phone will not know it has been sent)
2) It should then return the IMEI Number of the phone number entered.
3) It should also return the GPS coordinates and cell id of the phone and the estimated accuaracy
4) Open up google maps or equivalent and show the co-ordinates returned above
This should work on Android and all networks.
Experience of this type of project preferred.
NO milestone payments will be made until testing is complete but full payment will be made on completion.
