Shadowsocks/v2ray VPN for iOS and Android

We are looking for a developer that can develop mobile VPN app for Shadowsocks and v2ray.

The app must have the following:
1. Ability to purchase within iOS using In-App Purchase and Android using Google Pay
2. Connect to backend portal via API for getting user and node details, and to update billing information.
3. Google Crashlytics & Google Analytics
4. Ordinary app features such as Signup and Login, user agreement etc.
5. Ability to reset VPN which removes the VPN profile under the System Settings
6. Ability to refresh node status upon login, and to check each node status using telnet
7. iOS app must be convertible to Mac app using latest technology

Here are the requirements for the developer:
1. Deliver on time
2. MUST BE knowledgable and skillful about the skills required for this project.
3. Knowledgable in language C, Swift, Objective-C, Java, PHP and Go-lang
4. Familiar with WHMCS portal and its API.
5. Willing to work for long term after the project is over.
6. Able to work and communicate in US timezone
