Setup of merchants payment gateway

I have a Laravel script (source code) for merchants payment gateway and I am looking for an expert to deploy it on the server for me. You will be responsible for the website, android and iOS setup, deployment and Appstore publishing. Should there be any bug on the code you will fix it.

You will add push notifications, email templates, tawk livechat, newsletters subscriptions.

Additionally you will add Agency banking/payout system and PoS to it.

Preferably the apps will be flutter instead of the default cordova.
