Setup Mintegral account with Appsflyer to run CPI campaign

We want some one who has idea of how to setup Ads campaign for android app on Mintegral Platform with help of AppsFlyer to achieve Cost per Install (CPI) target.

Appsflyer already implemented in Application. Now only mintegral setup is pending.
