Setup a Minetest server and build APK for Google Play

I am looking for a freelancers who can help me set up a Minetest server and build an APK for Google Play. The project requires the following skills and experience:

Operating System: Android

Minetest Server: I do not have a Minetest server set up. The freelancer should be able to set up the server from scratch.
Please familiarize yourself with the MineTest project. It's open source - https://www.minetest.net/

Features: The server should have standard features + Ready-made custom mods.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Experience with setting up and configuring Minetest servers
- Knowledge of Android development and building APKs for Google Play
- Knowledge of LUA. Need a lua programmer.
- Knowledge of C++ programming

If you have experience with Minetest server setup and Android development, please submit your proposal.

Briefly about the tasks of the project:
1. Change the interface of the game.
2. The server part of the game should support a large number of players. And the more, the better. But not less than 300 players. A consultation on this issue is needed to understand what is possible to implement and what maximum online can be counted on.
3. Adding mods. All the necessary mods are already there, you just need to add them to the server.
4. Add the name of my brand in different places of the game.
It is absolutely necessary to indicate somewhere that the server is based on the MineTest project. This is a requirement of the developers.
