Setup Cordova on my Windows Machine

I am looking for someone with experience in setting up Cordova on a Windows machine. My primary goal is to develop a new app for the Android platform. I have already installed gradle, cordova, Node.js and Java and Android Studio on my machine. Ideal skills for this job include knowledge of Cordova installation. It was throwing an error to do with gradle, then it just went bung and cordova doesn't work in bash. I reinstalled it but its throwing a heap of errors. I want to grant someone virtual access, and watch them fix the issue.
