Setting up and Publishing APK

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me set up and publish a Utility APK on the Google Play Store and iOS store. I already have the complete source code for the APK. We need to also change colour combination somewhere

Requirements:

- Experience in setting up and publishing APKs on the Google Play Store
- Proficiency in working with Utility APKs
- Strong knowledge of the Google Play Store's publishing guidelines and requirements

Skills and Experience:

- Experience with Android development and APK publishing
- Proficiency in Java and Android Studio
- Familiarity with the Google Play Developer Console
- Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines for APK publishing
