Setting Up AKENEO (Product Information Management) and mobile app linking

We've developed an android point of sale app. We wish to set up AKENEO a Product Information Management platform to have a reference product data base that we are going to fill.
We want also that the PIM communicates with our Mobile App to verify if a product in our data base is present in the PIM database and link them together.

NB : The freelancer must have a prior experience with AKENEO.
