Set up child protection software for my kids on their phones and computer

I am looking for someone who’s very knowledgeable about the various types of screening and monitoring software for a child’s phone and computer. I have done some research but I am wondering even if an Apple phone is the right kind of fun to have for my child. I am looking for protection from predators, Good blocks for content, text an email and online surfing monitoring, controls on usage, and ability to block harmful apps or websites. I need help understanding if our family should switch to android phones to reduce the number of workarounds, my child is a good kid but he’s very smart and can probably figure out workarounds pretty easily. And then help me determine which monitoring and safety program is best for our needs. We homeschool so my children are on their computers quite an I can’t always monitor what they are doing.
