Set up File Cloud Server

Hi Ladies and Gentleman,
I am looking to make use of my Dell Poweredge R720 with Windows Server 2022 as a cloud, file and a few websites server. Like a synology, google drive, icloud, onedrive, somewhere along those lines. I want to be able to access it remotely from the LAN and WAN. Have apps-like (Synology-Google-Microsoft) to sync content from my PC's and Cellphones. Also be able to record my ip cameras from several locations. Thanks and hope to find the right tech to make it happen.
