When a client posts a service request, relevant professionals receive an automatic notification and can propose their services. The client retains control over contacts and can choose whether to accept a contact request or not.
The goal is to provide a smooth and user-friendly platform where clients and service providers can interact seamlessly, while avoiding unwanted contacts.

2.1. Registration and Profiles
✅ Registration via email or phone.
✅ Profile creation including:
• Name, surname, and profile picture
• Description
• Status (individual or professional)
• Location (modifiable by the professional)
• Service history
• Reviews and ratings
2.2. Service Request and Matching
✅ The client posts a service request by describing their need (text, photo, or voice message).
✅ An automatic notification is sent to professionals matching the requested service category.
✅ The professional can choose their service area (only seeing requests nearby).
✅ The professional can send a service proposal to the client.
2.3. Contact Management and Messaging
✅ The client receives proposals from professionals and views their profiles.
✅ The client decides whether to accept a contact request or not.
✅ Once the contact request is accepted, the client and professional can:
• Exchange text messages
• Send voice messages
• Make audio and video calls
✅ If the client rejects the contact request, the professional cannot contact them.
