Service provider app - only bid if you done this before

I need a developer who have already developed a service provider application on IOS and Android using Swift and Kotlin.

We will provide the UI and wire frame. Development should be straight forward.

We have already started IOS and Kotlin.

iOS source code can be used, Kotlin too many bugs better start from scratch.
