Serverpod Upgrade Expert Needed

・Background of the request:
We have developed and released a product using Flutter/Firebase/GCP, and are currently in the maintenance phase.
We are developing Android apps, iOS apps, and web apps, and are using the Serverpod framework for the backend.
We have a dedicated engineer working on the Android and iOS apps, and the contract with the previous engineer for the web app and backend has ended with the release of the app.
We are now looking for an engineer who can help us in the short term, as we need to upgrade the Serverpod framework.
We also need someone who can help us on an ongoing basis, as we need to make frequent, irregular repairs.
・Details of the request:
We would like to upgrade an application that uses Flutter and Serverpod.
Specifically, we would like to update the Serverpod version to the latest version and check the consistency with existing code. Organize dependencies with PrivacyManifest-compatible libraries. Recheck the consistency with Github Actions (automatic build & store application integration). We would also like you to troubleshoot the problem associated with the upgrade.
・Required skills:
Practical experience with Flutter Web. Experience with Firebase / GCP / Terraform environments. Knowledge of Github Actions.
