Sensors States

Hi, i'm currently developping a proximity sensor network. This network include - for now - 3 sensors nodes. But, i wish to build more.
So i need an IHM : That is why i need an Android App (later i will need his Apple counterpart). This application will received data from bluetooth Serial Port Profile and will have to decode the datas frames - that are in hex format. The datas frames includes simples messages in 3-4 letters and geolocalization data.
I wish to display the geolocalization datas and sensors states in a map centered on the android smartphone with a level of zoom selectable by the user). For now, an online google map (with the choice between vectorial map and satellite) will be fine. I also need that the line of sight distance between the Android smartphone and the sensor will be displayed on top of the sensor logo.
Later, i will need an all offline map...
I wish to display the postion of each sensor on map and it's state : No answer (logo in black) if heartbeat > 30 minutes, sleeping if heartbeat < 30 (in green), triggered if an alarm message is received (in red). The Triggered state must be manually resetable. Finally an log event must be store on the smartphone (in text mode) with date and hours for each event (one event by lines).
The app must work even if the smartphone display if off and even if another app is on the foreground - In these cases, the app must only store event.
I am aware that this development require the access to data stream from the sensors network. I'm currently working on this. I think that i could redirect this stream over internet or may be build a device with some pre-recorded frames.
