About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Software Developer (individual or agency resource assigned exclusively to us) to support and enhance our web and native application ecosystem. This is a full-time contract role requiring 40 hours per week with no concurrent engagements.
You will collaborate closely with our engineering team to maintain, improve, and scale our production applications across web, mobile, and Windows platforms.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with our engineering team to maintain and enhance existing web and native applications
• Develop new features across web, Android, iOS, and Windows platforms
• Participate actively in code reviews and technical discussions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release processes
• Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and performance are consistently applied
• Support deployment processes across app stores and production environments
• Communicate clearly and proactively with team members and stakeholders
Required Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with:
• Vue.js (modern frontend development)
• Android development (Kotlin)
• iOS development (Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit)
• C# with native Windows application development
• CI/CD pipelines using: GitHub Actions, Fastlane (app build & release automation)
• Automated testing workflows
• Version control best practices (Git)
Requirements
• Must commit to 40 hours per week
• Must not be working with other companies or projects during the engagement
• Available for real-time collaboration during Houston, TX business hours (8 AM – 5 PM CST)
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Comfortable using Slack for daily team communication
• Strong understanding of modern development workflows and engineering best practices
