Project Title: Sending USB Barcode Data to a Webhook

Overview:
I am looking for a developer to assist me in sending QR codes in real-time to a webhook that I have already set up.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in working with USB barcode scanners
- Experience with integrating webhooks into existing systems
- Strong understanding of QR code data transmission
- Knowledge of real-time data transmission protocols

Tasks:
1. Configure the USB barcode scanner to capture all types of QR codes efficiently
2. Develop a script or application that sends the scanned QR codes to the webhook in real-time
3. Ensure that the webhook is properly receiving and processing the data
4. Test the system to ensure reliable and accurate data transmission
5.Store the data within the script in case of no internet connection and transmit it once an internet connection is established.
6. Webhook entry should be easy for clients to paste on the script.
7. Script can work on PC, and android devices.
8. any recommendation is welecomed to acheive this project.


Skills and Experience:
