Segment & Amplitude Integration for Matrimonial App

Job Title: Segment, OneSignal & Amplitude Integration for Android/iOS Matrimonial App
Project Overview
We’re building YellowLadoo, a niche matrimonial app for the Meena community in India. Our iOS and Android apps are live and already integrated with OneSignal for push notifications.

We now want to:

Integrate Segment for event tracking

Send events to both Amplitude and OneSignal

Track user behavior like contact reveals, chats, etc.

Personalize push notifications via OneSignal Journeys

Key Responsibilities
Integrate Segment SDK into both Android & iOS (React Native or Native)

Track key events: Profile Viewed, Contact Revealed, Chat Started, Profile Completed, etc.

Send identify() traits: caste, gender, plan type, location

OneSignal Enhancement

Use sendTag() to push user traits for segmentation

Set up sample triggers for push campaigns (like “contact revealed”)

Connect Segment to Amplitude + OneSignal

Configure Segment destinations

Ensure all tracked events flow properly to both platforms

Amplitude Setup

Confirm event visibility in Amplitude

Set up 1–2 example funnels (e.g., Profile Viewed → Chat Started)

Short README or Loom video on implementation + how to track new events
