Seeking an expert android tv app developer

Looking for expert on android tv app development. Need to build an app with following features:-

- Google maps integration to showcase real time directions from one location (source location will mostly be fixed) to another
- Real-time schedule to be picked from backend and displayed on app
- Regional weather information - use weather api to get real-time weather info
- sos contact details - picked from backend and displayed
- Card recharge - a card api will be provided by us and it should be used to allow users to recharge their wallets/ cards. App should generate a qr code after user puts in their card number and scanning the code, user should be taken to payment page to recharge their respective card
- interactive map of a station - information about places and offerings inside the station; level-wise details about facilities within the station (similar to interactive level-wise layout maps of malls)
