Secured Windows Auto-Login via OTP

I am in need of a windows automatic app that simplifies the login process to my client’s PCs. This app must ensure a secure login process using OTP authentification, where OTPs are sent directly to my email.
Essentially, the goal here is to allow me to log in to any client PC, using solely the OTP received, eliminating the need for standard password input. Moreover, this app must be able to support multi-factor authentication, adding an extra layer of security and trust.
