Secure Access Control with Biometrics App

Project Title:
Mobile App + Admin Portal + Server Backend for Secure Access Control System (QR + Face Recognition)

Project Description:
We are looking to build a secure Access Control System that allows registered users and visitors to request access to secured buildings using a mobile app, receive QR codes, and/or authenticate using a Face Recognition System (FRS) at e-Gates.

Additionally, walk-in visitors (without mobile app access) should be able to register at a Manual Pass Desk by providing Aadhaar details, Phone Number, taking an instant photo via webcam, and OTP verification. A QR Pass should be issued instantly for such visitors.

The project includes:

Mobile App Development (Android first)
Web-based Admin Panel
Backend API Server
Integration with e-Gate (QR Scanner & FRS Camera)
Manual Visitor Registration Desk Module
Data Security, Audit Logs, Notifications
We prefer full-stack developers or agencies with experience in mobile, backend, IoT integration, and biometric access systems.
