Scrapapp - Mobile Item Scraping Solution

I'm looking for an experienced mobile app developer to create a unique Android-based app called Scrapapp. This app will operate similar to Uber, where items are posted and scrapers are alerted. The app will use a mapping service to guide scrapers to the items, and will allow scrapers to make notes on the condition of the items (e.g., whether they have been removed, etc.) before moving on to the next item.

Key Features:
- Item Posting: The app will need to support a comprehensive item posting process which includes photo uploads, location tagging and allowing for detailed descriptions of the items.
- User Interface: The app will be strictly a mobile application, specifically designed for Android.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Android app development
- Experience with creating interactive mobile applications
- Knowledge of integrating mapping services in mobile apps
- Skills in building user-friendly interfaces

This project is perfect for a developer with a creative mind and a knack for problem-solving. I am looking forward to seeing your proposals.
