Scope: To Develop a template Roku channel that is capable of in-line VAST Preroll, VAST Midroll and VAST Postroll, ad monetization.
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Required Features:
1. The primary video content can be any public domain content. Public domain meaning content that is not protected by copyright and can be used by anyone for any purpose without needing permission from the original creator.
2. The in-line ads to be inserted must be obtained by connecting to the BNS custom ad server. Again, all content on the channel must contain pre-, mid-, and post-roll ad insertion.
3. The version of VAST to be used must be VAST 2.0 or higher.
4. Build the Roku channel using InstantTV for Roku Channel.
Deliverable
1. At completion of work, a web meeting will be held to demonstrate all above features.
2. All InstantTV channel files, Packages, or feeds will be delivered to BNS for testing and evaluation.
3. The Freelance contractor will assist BNS in the initial setup all the way through to a fully functioning Roku channel using VAST ad insertion for monetization.

2. Changes in the quote will not be accepted without the expressed written permission from BNS.
3. Should be need arise to change any of the above details, prior discussion with BNS is required.
