I'm looking to develop an app for tracking school bus locations. The app will primarily serve parents, providing them with real-time updates on the bus's/car's/van's location, as well as alerts for arrival and departure before 5 mins and after pickup and dropoff, and emergency notifications.
Key Features:
- Bus Location Tracking: The main purpose of the app is to allow parents to track the school bus's location in real-time.
- Notifications: The app should send parents alerts for the bus's/car's/van's arrival and departure, as well as emergency notifications.
- User-Friendly Interface: The app should have a simple and intuitive interface, making it easy for parents to use.
-SMS & Whatsapp: I want SMS and WhatsApp messages to be sent to the parent based on a subscription plan.
-Subscription Plan: I want to have three subscription plan for parents which are Essential, Plus & Max with option to set various prices based on state and country.

-Admin Panel: Admin panel to assign user as manager and staff for specific state as well as country, set varying subscription plan based on location, ability to display various support phone numbers based on location, section for chat for parents to lodge complaints and resolution through whatsapp API, display emails based on location.
-Driver Signup Option: Option for bus/car/van owner to register themselves. Option to give drivers a commission to give them a commission as an encouragement.
-Parent Signup Option: Parents should have the option of choosing vehicle and also have the option to monitor more than one child
