An Android APP that allows me to scan a document and extract text just like this APP (OFFLINE SCANNING )

Its pretty standard requirement. We need a Mobile App that can scan the ID, extract details from there on KEY-VALUE pair
The Computer vision model should be on the edge ( meaning we can scan offline without sending data to any servers).
One more thing.. I will provide some sample IDs to the programmer who would be selected. Because the ID document will be in astandard format.
