Salon Booking/Appointment Platform (Web PWA + Android/iOS) ~ MVP in 12 Weeks

Project goal
We’re launching a multi-tenant booking marketplace for barber, beauty & nail salons. We need a lean yet scalable MVP that copies the speed and polish of Setmore / Booksy, delivered in ~8 weeks and expandable to full feature-parity later.
We would appreciate it if you could send a proposal as a team. We will need a Business Analyst (BA), a UI/UX designer, and developers. We plan to have an ongoing collaboration on other projects with the teams we like.
Scope of work
- Multi-language PWA (3 languages) – installable on Chrome/Safari.
- Android APK (signed, Play Console early-access).
- Provider onboarding with phone OTP + Google login.
- Salon Admin Panel – create locations, masters, services, prices.
- Consumer flow – choose service(s) → calendar → deposit checkout.
- One payment gateway
- Email & push notifications (booking confirmation + reminders).
- Basic Metabase dashboards (sign-ups, bookings, GMV).
- Clean, “Setmore-grade” UI/UX, responsive and fast.
Deferred (post-MVP): iOS release, SMS, multi-gateway routing, loyalty engine, two-way Google Calendar sync, advanced analytics.

- Scalability for future expansions.
- High-performance matching speed and polish of Setmore / Booksy.
- Frontend & Mobile: Flutter 3 + Firebase Hosting (PWA)
- Backend: Firebase Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions (Node/TS)
- CI/CD: GitHub + Codemagic (or equivalent)
- Analytics: Metabase (Docker) on free-tier VM
- Design: Figma → Flutter design tokens
Open to alternatives only if they keep cost low, speed high, and future migration painless.
