Sales Team Automation

I want to build an Android app for my sales team that does three things:
Syncs each employee's call history to my Convex backend
Uploads their call recordings to Convex
Receives messages from Convex and auto-sends them to WhatsApp contacts
Each employee logs into the app with their own credentials, and all their data (calls, recordings, messages) is tracked separately under their account in Convex.
The app runs on company-bought Android phones (Xiaomi/Redmi) given to employees. Employees sign a consent flow on first launch.
