Sag Profiler for iOS

We have an existing Sag Profiler app written in Android and want to release it for iOS. See https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lasertech.sagprofiler&hl=en. You would have license to code it up however you want, as long as it has the same features and functions. Here is the basic workflow of the app:
1. Connect a measurement laser to the device via BT
2. Start a Project and define parameters
3. Fill out information and take measurements with the laser to complete a Span record
4. Repeat this process for as many Spans in the Project
5. Generate PDF report and other text format output files
