SUSRI – The Women’s Mission

I need an Android app for my women's empowerment mission SUSRI. The app should have:

- Notebook ordering with home delivery
- Free live online scholarship coaching for Class 4 & 8
- Weekly MCQ format online exams
- Low-cost menstrual pad ordering
- Women-led delivery job opportunities
- Support in Bengali and English

I have a complete specification document and UI screen ideas. The app should be developed using Flutter with a Firebase backend.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Flutter and Firebase
- Experience in developing educational and e-commerce apps
- Strong UI/UX design skills
- Ability to implement multi-language support
