SMMA MOBILE APP

Hello looking to create an app to be used on all platforms. The purpose is to allow individuals (SMMA) to seek influencers then direct message them with a sales pitch. Once converting the sale the SMMA is immediately paid a "fee" with the ability to cash out immediataly along with the option of managing the new account and being paid a residule fee for long term supplemental income earned. The app must 1.) create accounts & collect the data, 2.) connect to our current web based platform, 3.) create a dashboard, 4.) allow the sales rep to cash out for instant money earned and 5.) allow the sales rep to manage the account keeping totals of residual dollars earned. The scope may require more functions as the application evolves.
