I am looking for a web app developer with intermediate experience to create an app called SHIFA-OUA-HANNA. Creating the user interface design is also a requirement for this project. I will need assistance in making sure that the app is a reliable, optimized, and secure mobile experience. The developer must also be knowledgeable about the entire app development process, from design, development to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
