SEEKING AN ANDROID MOBILE APP DEVELOPER EXPERIENCED WITH XAMARIN ONLY TO FIX PAYMENT SYSTEM

We're seeking an experienced Android App expert. We have an Android app on Google Play that for some reason isn't recognizing the PayPal token authentication or Stripe payment system for membership signups. Our desktop version works fine but not the app for some reason. It should be an easy task because we have documentation and the desktop is fine with Stripe and PayPal. We fired our app developer because he seems to mess things up.
