SAMSUNG 21 + NETWORK UNLOCKING FROM T-MOBILE USA not using a T-Mobile Device Unlock App but third party or any other means

I'm looking for someone to unlock my Samsung Galaxy S21 + 5G from T-Mobile USA using methods other than the T-Mobile Device Unlock App. The phone is currently locked to T-Mobile and currently has Android 13, and I'm open to other means of unlocking. I understand that unlocking requirements vary by carrier, device, and region, and that the unlock mechanism may not work on all devices.
