We are looking for an experienced Android developer to build a secure and professional phone dialer app with call and message filtering based on a remote whitelist (Google Sheets CSV).
This app is intended for parental control or corporate device management, ensuring that only approved communications are allowed. All features must work with full transparency and user consent.
Key Features:
Native-style dialer interface (similar to Samsung or Pixel "Phone" app).
Access to system contacts and call history.
Real-time sync with a remote whitelist hosted on Google Sheets (public CSV).
Allow incoming and outgoing calls only to authorized numbers.
Log any unauthorized attempt (call or message) with timestamp and number.
Send automatic reports to a designated email (e.g., admin [at] domain [dot] com).
Optional: Integration with WhatsApp and Instagram to monitor and log messaging or calling attempts to unauthorized contacts.
Remote configuration for updating the whitelist, email, and other settings.
