Rummy Game App for IOS & Andriod

I am looking to hire a Freelancer to develop a Rummy game app for iOS and Android. The platform for the app will be a hybrid, and I require extra features such as avatars, as well as payment features built into the app. The ideal Freelancer will have experience in developing mobile apps and be able to do all tasks that are related to app creation, including design, programming, testing and submission.
