I'm seeking a skilled developer to create an Android application for controlling a rover. This app will incorporate a variety of features essential for effective rover operation and monitoring.

Key Features:
- User Account & Cloud Storage: The app should support user registration and login, along with cloud storage for syncing maps and missions.
- Device Connection: The application needs to connect via Bluetooth to a Skydroid T12 Pixhawk.
- Field Mapping & Route Planning: Incorporate GPS marking and identifying no-fly zones into the field mapping and route planning feature.
- Manual & Autonomous Flight: The app should facilitate both manual control and autonomous operation through waypoint missions and AB Work Mode.
- Obstacle Avoidance: Utilize LiDAR and an AI-based detour system for obstacle avoidance.
- Spray Control: The app should manage spray control with variable rates that auto-adjust according to speed.
- Real-Time Telemetry: The application should deliver real-time data on battery status, GPS location, flight mode, and sensor data.
- Job Records & Logs: Include a feature for tracking mission history with the ability to export to CSV or KML.
- Offline Mode & Auto-Sync: The app should function without internet access and sync automatically when a connection is restored.
