Route Sales App for Spare parts distribution with customer loyalty scheme -- 2

I am looking for a developer to create a Route Sales App for my spare parts distribution business. We currently have an existing system in place, but we are looking for an updated and more efficient solution. Our main focus is to include a customer loyalty scheme that includes a points system.
The ideal developer will have experience in creating mobile apps for both iOS and Android platforms. Some key features we are looking for include:
- Route planning and optimization for sales representatives.
- Sales targets and Achievement updates
- customer target achievement and updates.
- Promotional schemes for freebies linked with either sales quantities or amount of particular items or basket of items.
- Discount slabs based on either target achievement or sales amount slabs achievement. Monthly credit note system based on target achievement customer wise.
- Real-time inventory management. All items to have 5-6 customisable parameters.
- robust reporting system for communication of target updates to sales and customers as well through whatsapp or sms or email.
- Auto ordering system based on preset parameters like stock in no of days and sales patterns.
- Customer database with purchase history and loyalty points tracking
- Integration with our current ERP system
- Secure payment gateway for online transactions
- Expense Tracking, Cash and bank deposits, Journal entries
- User rights detailed with customisations available for narrowing down as per job role.
- Customer communication through whatsapp for invoices, ledgers etc.
- Price list and catalogue download and broadcasting options based on filters of different parameters.
- Integration with zoho books and zoho inventory
- CRM option to regularly call and whatsapp customers for their invoices, price lists, new items etc. Also to take feedback of predefined feedback forms.
- Vehicle maintenance and servicing recording with item part level details and prices and also kms recording for settling the expense bills and also to provide previous history of complaints.
