Roofing Measurement App Development

I'm seeking an experienced app developer to create a cross-platform (iOS and Android) application for my roofing company. This app will assist our roofers in measuring roofs accurately.
Key Features:
- The app needs to allow roofers to drop virtual pins on the roof to map out the structure and features.
- It must calculate the pitch based on the measurements made with the pins.
-All measurements will be in imperial
- It should measure various roof components, including the overall roof area, the pitch of the roof, and the eaves and ridges.
- Needs to be able to place and label other components such as skylights, pipe jacks, and vents.
- A key requirement is a feature that generates a printable report, detailing an accurate diagram of the roof and breaking down the individual components.
-This will include a diagram of the roof, materials, and company branding
-Will need to have a waste calculator built into the report
-We can provide examples from a .xml for this
- The app will need to be cloud reliant
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications.
- Prior work in creating measurement or utility apps will be highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design, particularly for field-based applications.
- Experience with generating PDF or printable reports from an app is a plus.
- Understanding of roofing terminology and features will be beneficial.
