I'm looking for someone to design and implement an effective reward program to encourage positive behaviour and increase engagement between parents and their children. The program should be accessible to all ages, and the type of rewards can be jointly determined by both parents and their kids.
This reward program should provide incentives for developing such behaviors as attentiveness, respect, positive attitude, and more. Additionally, it should serve to improve loyalty and bring parents and their kids closer.
What we need is an innovative and efficient system that will allow parents to trigger rewards for positive behavior. It would be great if the quality of the reward system was adjustable to fit the particular goals parents have.
