UX Review and Assessment for Android App

I have an Android App for use by elderly and special needs users. I am looking for a review/assessment of the App User Experience, colours, button sizes etc with recommendation on changes/updates.
IMPORTANT: Focus is on usability for elderly and special needs users ie: poor hand coordination, poor eyesight and colour blindness
