Restaurant Table Booking Price Comparision Mobile App

We are looking for an Android App where user will download our mobile app. There we want that all restaurant table booking apps should be present for price comparing.
Suppose I want to book a table for 4 people in ABC Bar and Restaurant, I'll search it on our mobile app, app should find out all these results on different restaurant table booking apps and user should be able to compare price on our app.
On booking any of the order, user will get 1% of the total amount as reward points. Those reward points will be redeemed in next order. All buyers should be given a unique i.d.
There should be partner panel. Partner should be able to see all bookings, total sales, total reward points granted to any buyer. Restaurant partner should have the option to accept or decline the bookings.
All the orders and other activities should be stored on admin panel on web. Admin panel should be developed on web.
Beckend should be developed on Firebase.
Source code will be our property.
Payment will be made after the work completion.

There should be payment gateway on the app.
There should be SMS gateway on the app.
There should be customer care ticket generation on the app.
