Responsive Web & Android Flutter App

I need two customer-facing products created side by side.

First, a fully responsive website built with clean HTML5, modern CSS (Flexbox/Grid), and vanilla JavaScript. It should load fast on any device, maintain consistent styling across screen sizes, and be easy for me to update later.

Second, an Android-only mobile application written in Flutter. Although Flutter is cross-platform, at this stage I only plan to publish on Android, so you can optimise layouts, assets, and performance for that environment.

Deliverables
• Source-controlled website code (HTML, CSS, JS) ready to deploy on a standard web host
• Flutter project targeting the latest stable SDK, signed APK/AAB plus source code

Keep the design language consistent between web and mobile, comment your code clearly, and provide a brief read-me explaining build or deployment steps.
