Resolve Issue of Android APP USB communication with ESP32

I need an Android app developed urgently.
The app is meant to solve an issue in the USB communication between an Android mobile and an ESP32 microcontroller. This issue is impacting the data transfer between the two devices.
The data is perfectly being received in Android app perfectly when printed the buffer continuous in append mode. But Issue comes when I take it from buffer and print. Its in json buffer. ESP32 is sending 52 bytes. But the App is reading few bytes first then remained. Not all at a time.
