Resolve a Android Studio apk build issue base on an Ionic project

I have an Ionic Angular App and have a a simple camera function to snap a photo and upload to a nodejs backend. I have issue just to get the capacitor-camera plugin to work (see attached). I just want this build issue to be resolved or guide/help me to resolve this.
