Residential Apartment Block App
Budget: £1,500 – £3,000 GBP
I am looking for a skilled app and back office developer to create a Residential apartment block tenant app with hybrid format for iOS and Android.
We want tenants to be able to download this app on their smartphone when they move into our building. Through the app, we want to make the living experience easy for our tenants but providing them with information videos, announcements, let them book and pay for certain things etc.
We need a back office software which we can control and create / delete username and password for new tenants, update certain logs or job progressions, accept or decline cleaning requests, take payments / refund payments etc.
The app should be branded as Buckingham House (apartment block name) and should have the following:
contain user manuals for appliances (approx.4)
contain welcome letters for tenants (approx. 3 pages)
general announcements from management on a weekly basis
videos to show how to use the hot water tank and other bits in the apartments
tenant to be able to log and follow updates on apartment faults
tenant to be able to book out a communal room
tenant to be able to book a cleaning service (and pay for this service/payment integration)
I prefer a modern and minimalist design for this app. It needs to be user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for tenants to navigate.
The coding should also be of the highest quality and compatibility. Furthermore, I would like to receive regular updates on the progress of the project to ensure we are on track and the final product fully meets my requirements.
